A Unique Initiative To Mark The Super Success Of Their Serial Jagat Janani Maa Sarada

Press Release/Kolkata : Aakash Aath, one of the most popular regional general entertainment channels, celebrated the success of their mega devotional serial, Jagat Janani Maa Sarada at Nazrul Macha, Kolkata, with the followers of the serial. The lead star casts of the program, Suman Kundu (Ramkrishna Krishna Paramhansa Deb), Arpita Mondal (Maa Sarada) and Debanjan Chatterjee (Swami Vivekananda), along with Mr Sushanta Bose, the director of the serial participated in an event titled Bhakter Duare Jagat Janani Maa Sarada, which showcased the journey of Maa Sarada through songs, acts and audio visuals.Janab Firhad Hakim, Minister of Urban Development & Municipal Affairs, Shri Subroto Mukherjee, Minister for Public Health Engineering, Shri Partha Chatterjee, Minister of School Education and Higher Education, Shri Sujit Bose, MLA, Trinamool Congress, Janab Javed Khan, Minister for Disaster Management and Shri Debasish Kumar, MMIC, Parks & Gardens, Sports, Advertisement & Parking Car Parking attended this much awaited event.

“Maa Sarada remains an illustrious figure, and no word is needed to describe her piousness. While we seeded the idea of launching Jagat Janani Maa Sarada after the hugely successful Om Sai Ram, we were not sure about the acceptance of the serial. But now with the swelling fan base, the calls, mails and often visits to sets and to our office by the fans, all doubts have been put to rest. The success should be attributed to all the members of the team whose collective hard work has made it possible. We have already organized Bhakter Duare Jagat Janani Maa Sarada in Chandannagar, Durgapur, Midnapore, Krishnanagar and Asansol so far with massive response would take this event to other places of South & North Bengal in the coming weeks”, said Ms Eshita Surana, Director, Aakash Aath.

The dedicated followers of the channel and the serial at large were invited on an open forum to witness the journey of Maa Sarada and interact with the lead star cast of the program that is gaining in popularity every day and to know more about the upcoming episodes. There were musical performances to complement the mood of the event. Jagat Janani Maa Sarada is aired in Aakash Aath from Monday to Saturday at 6:30 pm and on Sunday, the Mahaparbo is aired in the morning at 10:30 am.
